The App stores the following data locally on your device only, using Apple's on-device storage (AsyncStorage): Daily mood check-in selections (stored as a number 0โ€“4) Goals and tasks you create (title, notes, time estimate, priority, completion status) Journal entries you write Daily wins you select Your streak count This data never leaves your device.
